One week after the Portland Marathon I started to do some jogs again. In the past I have taken longer of a break but this time I wanted to start up again to stay in shape and be ready to train for the Mt. Hood 50k.

Yesterday I participated in the 2017 Portland Marathon. This was my third marathon ever, second for the year and I feel great with the result. I felt strong throughout the day, couple of times I thought my legs might cramp up a little but nothing some GLUKOS can't resolve.
